§ 26.301 REQUIREMENTS FOR APPROVAL OF VOLUNTEER WORK PROJECTS ON CITY PROPERTY
   All requests to perform volunteer work pursuant to this article shall be submitted in writing to the City Manager or his designee in a form and manner as prescribed by the City Commission, by or more than twenty-four (24) hours before the start of the project, and shall contain the following information:
   (A)   The name, address and telephone number of the project organizer;
   (B)   The proposed date, start time and end time for the project;
   (C)   A description of the work to be performed and tools or equipment to be used;
   (D)   The location or locations where the project will be performed;
   (E)   The expected number of volunteers who will participate in the project;
   (F)   Acknowledgment that all volunteers working on the project shall be identified by name and address and such information furnished in writing to the City Manager or his designee within seventy-two (72) hours following the start of the project; and
   (G)   Acknowledgment that all volunteers for the project may be required to execute a waiver and release of liability as required by § 26.302.
   The request to perform volunteer work shall be reviewed by the City Manager or his designee. Nothing in this section shall preclude the City Manager or his designee from requiring additional information or imposing additional requirements whenever such information or requirements are deemed appropriate given the nature, extent or scope of the work project.
