§ 25.202 FORM; STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL INTERESTS
   (A)   The financial disclosure statement shall be on a form setting forth the contents outlined in § 25.203.
   (B)   Each statement shall be signed and dated. Signing a fraudulent statement shall be a Class A misdemeanor.
   (C)   All pay and benefits shall be withheld until a non-complying official, officer, or employee is in compliance with the filing requirements.
   (D)   All financial disclosure statements shall be public record. Individual’s or organization’s requests to view financial disclosure statements shall complete a form giving full name, address, telephone number, and organization/individual represented if other than the individual making the request. A copy of this form shall be attached to the statement so requested and a second copy shall become part of the public record.
