§ 25.201 WHEN TO FILE STATEMENTS
   (A)   The financial disclosure statement shall be filed annually with the City Clerk/Treasurer by officials, officers, and employees no later than July 1 of each year.
   (B)   Newly-appointed officials, officers, and employees should be required to file their initial statement no later than twenty-one (21) days after the date of appointment.
