§ 22.602 CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD CREATED
   There is hereby created, pursuant to KRS 65.210 to 65.300 and 65.8801, and the interlocal agreement between the City of Paris, the City of North Middletown, and the Bourbon County Fiscal Court, a Joint Code Enforcement Board (the “Code Enforcement Board”), which shall be composed of three (3) members and two (2) alternate members.
