Any and all overtime work performed by any member of the Fire Department must be reported as to hours and dates, and the report must be approved by the officer in charge, and also by the Chief.  The reports to the City Administrative Officer, Clerk, and Bookkeeper, shall set out clearly not only the hours of the overtime work and dates, but also must briefly described the nature of the work as well as the reason and necessity for it.
