§ 22.502 OFFICERS TO BE DESIGNATED
   (A)   The Chief of the Fire Department shall designate an officer or member of the Fire Department as Fire Inspector of the Bureau of Fire Prevention.
   (B)   The Chief of the Fire Department may also designate a member as Deputy Fire Inspector and such number of inspectors as may be authorized by the Board of Commissioners.
