§ 22.480 POLICE DEPARTMENT TO CONTINUE FUNCTIONS

The Police Department of the city and each officer thereof shall comply with all provisions of law applicable to local police, including the transmission of data to the Bureau Of Criminal Information And Statistics as required by KRS 17.150.
