§ 22.479 INCENTIVE NOT TO AFFECT BENEFITS OR PAY
   No officer shall have his base salary reduced or be denied a normal salary increase to which he is otherwise entitled because of the salary incentive payments provided by the Justice Cabinet under KRS 15.410-15.510.
