§ 22.305 MEETINGS
   The Commission shall meet at least once a month. Any member who is absent without giving notice to the chairman for three (3) consecutive meetings shall be replaced. The Commission shall report, in writing, to the appointing authority the absence of a member for three (3) consecutive meetings.
