(A) The Mayor of the City of Millersburg shall appoint two (2) members, one (1) member for an initial one-year term and one (1) member for an initial two-year term.
(B) The Mayor of North Middleton shall appoint two (2) members, one (1) member for an initial three-year term and one (1) member for an initial one-year term.
(C) The Mayor of Paris shall appoint two (2) members, one (1) member for an initial two-year term and one (1) member for an initial three-year term.
(D) The County Judge-Executive shall appoint three (3) members, one (1) member for one (1) year, one (1) member for two (2) years, and one (1) member for a three-year term.
(E) After the first appointments, all appointments will be for a term of three (3) years.
(F) A member chosen to fill a vacancy created other than by expiration of a term shall be appointed for the unexpired term of the member whom he is to succeed.
(G) A member of the Commission is eligible for reappointment.
(H) All members shall serve until their successor is appointed and sworn in.
(I) No elected or appointed city or county official shall be a member of the Commission.
(J) Before making new appointments, the Mayors and County Judge-Executive shall request recommendations from the appropriate legislative body.
