§ 22.200 CREATED; CONDUCT OF
   (A)   Pursuant to KRS 154.50-301, et seq., there is hereby created an authority pursuant to said statutes and which shall hereafter be known as the Paris-Bourbon County Economic Development Authority, Inc.
   (B)   The conduct, power, rules, and regulations of the Authority shall be as is provided in KRS 154.50-301 to 154.50-346.
