(A) The Job Classification and Pay Scale adopted by the town, as amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth herein. Copies of the Job Classification and Pay Scale are on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and available for public inspection during regular business hours.
(B) Newly hired employees may only receive pay above the minimum amount set by the Town Council upon approval by the Town Council.
(C) A 90-day probationary period will be required for all new employees.
(D) All employees must comply with the Employee Handbook for the town.
(E) This section shall not constitute an agreement as to the terms of the employment of any employee.
(F) Upon approval by the Town Council, employees not exceeding the highest rate of pay for their position may be granted C.O.L.A.
