§ 34.05 PUBLIC EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT FUND.
   (A)   The Town Council elects to enlarge its participation in the Public Employees Retirement Fund by including additional classes of employees as stated below in the coverage under I.C. 5-10.3 et seq., and all Acts amendatory and supplemental thereto. This agreement supplements the original dated
January 1, 1983.
   (B)   The Town Council agrees to make the required contributions under the Public Employees Retirement Fund Act, I.C. 5-10.3 et seq., and all Acts amendatory thereof or supplemental thereto,
including The Indiana Public Employees Social Security Integration and Supplemental Retirement Benefits Act, I.C. 5-10.1 et seq.
   (C)   The positions listed on Appendix A to Resolution 2000-4, incorporated herein by reference, are declared to be covered by the Fund.
   (D)   It is hereby declared that none of the classifications or positions specified under division (C) hereof are compensated on a fee basis or of an emergency nature, or in a part-time category.
   (E)   The Town Council shall be placed on the list of employees eligible to participate in the Public Employees Retirement Fund. The job of Town Councilmember is a full time job which requires at least 1,000 hours per year. The active participating membership of the Town Council shall begin on July 1, 2000.
   (F)   The Town Attorney shall be placed on the list of employees eligible to participate in the Public Employees Retirement Fund for the town. The job of the Town Attorney is a full-time job which requires at least 1,000 hours per year.
