§ 155.155 COMMERCIAL.
   (A)   Density requirement.
      (1)   Number of lots. Lot size and number of lots for commercial subdivisions shall be dictated by the private market.
   (B)   Open space requirement.
      (1)   TWN Zoning District. Commercial subdivisions with the TWN Town Square Zoning District shall be required to provide only sufficient open space to meet the bufferyard requirements.
   (C)   Exemptions. Reserved.
