The provisions of this chapter shall be administered and enforced by the Administrator of the PPC. The Administrator may be assisted by the staff of the PPC or others when needed. The Administrator shall have final authority on all matters of administration and enforcement subject to the guidance of the PPC and BZA. Appeal from the decisions of the Administrator may be made to the BZA. Recourse from the decision of the BZA shall be to the courts through procedures provided by law.
