§ 32.65 PAOLI MUNICIPAL VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   There is hereby established in the Town of Paoli, Indiana, a Municipal Volunteer Fire Department for the purpose of protecting the public from loss or injury by fire or other casualty.
   (B)   The Department shall be known as the Paoli Municipal Volunteer Fire Department (hereinafter referred to as the "Department" or the "Paoli Municipal Volunteer Fire Department").
