§ 155.075 GENERAL INDUSTRIAL.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of this district is to allow all types of industrial uses requiring both enclosed and unenclosed spaces for storage, manufacturing, and fabricating. Development in this district requires connection to public water and public sewer and development plan approval is required.
   (B)   Uses.
