§ 155.071 MIXED-USE RESIDENTIAL.
   (A)   Purpose. This district is established to allow commercial office use while protecting the residential fabric of the area. It is designed to promote the use of lots or reuse of single-family homes as commercial or retail uses that do not attract high volume of traffic such as general commercial.
   (B)   Uses.
      (1)   Permitted uses.
         (a)   Accounting, auditing and bookkeeping service;
         (b)   Apparel shop, shoes, custom tailoring;
         (c)   Antique store;
         (d)   Art gallery art and music schools;
         (e)   Attorney services;
         (f)   Barber shop, beauty shop;
         (g)   Bed and breakfast;
         (h)   Book and stationary story;
         (i)   Candy, nut and confectionary;
         (j)   Church or temple;
         (k)   Counselor-at-law;
         (l)   Customary home occupation (accessory use);
         (m)   Dance studio;
         (n)   Day care center;
         (o)   Dressmaking;
         (p)   Dwelling - single-family;
         (q)   Elementary and secondary schools;
         (r)   Florist, furriers;
         (s)   Libraries and information centers;
         (t)   Mass transit station;
         (u)   Minor residential subdivision;
         (v)   Municipal or government buildings;
         (w)   Photographic studio;
         (x)   Plant nursery;
         (y)   Police, postal, or fire station;
         (z)   Professional office;
         (aa)   Publicly owned park or recreational facility;
         (bb)   Real estate services;
         (cc)   Studio business;
         (dd)    Transmission lines for utilities;
         (ee)   Veterinary animal hospital;
         (ff)   Dwelling - two-family;
         (gg)   Hotel or motel;
