§ 155.069 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of this district is to provide areas for suburban residential development that is contiguous to the urban centers of the town. Single-family and two-family development in this district typically ranges from one home per acre. Multi-family development in this district is limited, but would allow up to 20 units per acre on public water and public sewer with development plan approval. Single-family residential development in this district requires subdivision approval and all other development require development plan approval.
   (B)   Uses.
      (1)   Permitted uses.
         (a)   Church or temple;
         (b)   Dwelling - single-family;
         (c)   Dwelling - two-family;
         (d)   Elementary and secondary schools;
         (e)   Libraries and information centers;
         (f)   Major residential subdivision;
         (g)   Mass transit station;
         (h)   Minor residential subdivision;
         (i)   Public golf course;
         (j)   Temporary manufactured home; and
         (k)   Transmission lines for utilities.
      (2)   Special exceptions.
         (a)   Bed and breakfast;
         (b)   Colleges and universities;
         (c)   Composting facility;
         (d)   Customary home occupation (accessory use);
         (e)   Dwelling - multi-family;
         (f)   Group home;
         (g)   Golf and country clubs;
         (h)   Junior colleges and technical institutes;
         (i)   Long-term permitted clean fill disposal site;
         (j)   Long-term permitted clean fill processing site;
         (k)   Mineral extraction;
         (l)   Manufactured home park;
         (m)   Municipal or government buildings;
         (n)   Police, postal, or fire station;
         (o)   Public water wells, water stations, filtration plants;
         (p)   Publicly owned park or recreational facility;
         (q)   Stable, private;
         (r)   Studio business;
         (s)   Telephone exchange, or public utility station;
         (t)   Temporary clean fill disposal site;
         (u)   Temporary clean fill land reclamation site;
         (v)   Temporary clean fill processing site;
         (w)   Wireless communication facility;
         (x)   Farm; and
         (y)   Accounting, auditing, and bookkeeping service.
