§ 155.068 AGRICULTURE.
   (A)   Purpose. The purpose of this district is to maintain the rural and scenic qualities of the existing rural areas by preserving farm land and significant open lands. Non-residential development in this district requires development plan approval and residential development requires subdivision approval.
   (B)   Uses.
      (1)   Permitted uses.
         (a)   Church or temple;
         (b)   Civic, social, or religious organizations;
         (c)   Customary home occupation (accessory use);
         (d)   Elementary and secondary schools;
         (e)   Farm;
         (f)   Farm seasonal worker housing;
         (g)   Hay, grain, and feed stores;
         (h)   Libraries and information centers;
         (i)   Municipal or government buildings;
         (j)    Plant nursery;
         (k)   Seasonal hunting and fishing lodge;
         (l)   Temporary manufactured home; and
         (m)   Warehouse/self-storage facilities.
      (2)   Special exceptions.
         (a)   Anhydrous ammonia storage and distribution;
         (b)   Animal day care facility;
         (c)   Bed and breakfast;
         (d)   Cemetery or crematory;
         (e)   Commercial facility for breeding non-farm fowl;
         (f)   Compost/digester facility;
         (g)   Construction/demolition site;
         (h)   Day care center;
         (i)   Dwelling - single-family;
         (j)   Fairgrounds;
         (k)   Incinerator;
         (l)   Kennel;
         (m)   Landscape contractor;
         (n)   Mineral extraction;
         (o)   Minor residential subdivision;
         (p)   Outdoor recreation facility;
         (q)   Outdoor shooting range, public or private;
         (r)   Police, postal, or fire station;
         (s)   Public camp ground or recreational vehicle park;
         (t)   Publicly owned park or recreational facility;
         (u)   Resource recovery facility;
         (v)   Roadside produce stand;
         (w)   Sale barn for livestock;
         (x)   Sanitary landfill, privately owned;
         (y)   Sanitary landfill, publicly owned;
         (z)   Slaughter house;
         (aa)   Stable, private;
