§ 150.98 ENFORCEMENT.
   When a violation of this chapter is found to exist, the town's representative shall notify the property owner and occupant as follows:
   (A)   Written notice of violation shall be served upon the owner and occupant by personal service or by certified mail with a copy of the notice being sent by regular first class U.S. mail, postage prepaid. The notice shall grant a minimum of ten calendar days to cure the violation.
   (B)   Whenever the town's representative, after the expiration of the notice time period, determines that the property owner and occupant have neglected or refused to cure the violation, the town's representative may cause a citation to be issued against the owner and occupant.
