(A) All persons operating motor vehicles for hire under the license issued under this chapter shall at all times comply with the orders, rules and regulations of the town or its designated representative in regulating the manner of parking, driving and operating the same along, upon and over the streets, avenues and alleys of the town, and all orders, rules and regulations that may be hereafter adopted by the Town Council regulating the parking of and operating of motor vehicles upon the streets of the town.
(B) Failure to do so shall be cause for the revocation of or the suspension of the license without hearing or notice to the holder of the license, and/or civil penalties of $250 per violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day in which a violation occurs or continues.
