§ 30.20 SUSPENSION OF RULES.
   The rules of procedure set forth in this subchapter may be suspended, and action taken which would otherwise contravene this subchapter, upon a unanimous affirmative vote of the Town Council at a meeting at which at least four Council members are present and voting.
