§ 93.06 PROSECUTION.
   (A)   In any prosecution for a violation of this chapter, the court may admit any evidence of a noise level as tested by a sound level meter, testimony of the police officer who investigated the violation or testimony of a subpoenaed witness or complaining witness who had the opportunity to evaluate the noise level.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the provisions of this section. Whenever any police officer issues a citation for any violation of the provisions of this chapter, he or she shall take down the name, address, and/or the operator’s license number, if it applies, and shall issue to the alleged violator in writing on the form provided by the Town Clerk/Treasurer, a citation for a violation of any provisions of this chapter.
