(A) The Clerk-Treasurer shall then send a bill to the landowner for the costs incurred by the town in abating the violation, a civil penalty, administrative costs and removal costs. The bill shall be served upon the landowner in the same manner as the service of notice of violation.
(B) Man-hour fees for removal are hereby set at $35 per hour with a minimum charge of one hour. Equipment use fees are hereby set at $50 per hour. These charges are in addition to any fines issued for violation of this subchapter.
