§ 92.23 REMOVAL; NOTICE.
   The Clerk-Treasurer shall be responsible for the administration of this subchapter. The Clerk-Treasurer and/or a representative designated by the Clerk-Treasurer, upon receipt of a complaint of a violation of this subchapter, will issue a five-day written notice, by regular mail, to remove the weeds or rank vegetation. Following the issuance of written notice, the Clerk-Treasurer and/or a representative designated by the Clerk-Treasurer will report the notification at the next Town Council meeting.
