§ 92.06 BILLING PROCEDURE.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer shall then send a bill to the landowner for the costs incurred by the town in abating the violation, a civil penalty, administrative costs and removal costs. The bill shall be served upon the landowner in the same manner as the service of notice of violation.
   (B)   If a truck is required to remove debris from a site, that service will be billed at the town’s current rate for such service, together with a multiple of 1.25 (or an additional 25%) for overhead expenses. In addition to billing for equipment use, the current wage scale per hour for each employee or contractor hired by the town will be charged for transporting equipment to and from the property, and labor will be charged at the current wage scale per hour for each employee or contractor hired by the town together with an a multiple of 1.25 (or an additional 25%) for overhead expenses. These charges are in addition to any fines issued for violating this subchapter; however, the total may not exceed $2,500.
