(A) Pursuant to I.C. 36-5-2-4.2, the number of members of the Town Council shall be increased from three to five members.
(B) The two new members shall be elected at large and be residents of any part of the town.
(C) The existing three members of the Town Council shall continue to be required to reside in each of the three districts now established and elected at large by the voters of the whole town and shall serve four year terms.
(D) The two new at large members shall serve four year terms. The first term for the new members shall begin at noon, January 1, 1996.
