(A) Prohibition. Trash containers maintained by users of a building in the town shall not obstruct any of the public sidewalks or streets within the town.
(B) Penalty. Whoever violates any provision of this section, for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided, shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a fine of not more than $500 and not less than $50. Each day any violation shall continue shall cause a separate offense.
