(A) Availability. Available to any customer within the area served by the Paoli Electric Utility for outdoor lighting.
(B) Character of service. Dusk-to-dawn lighting service, using photoelectric-controlled equipment, will be installed, operated and maintained by the Utility.
(C) Rates.
