(A) Availability. Available through one meter to any customer having a monthly energy requirement of 35,000 kWh or more in at least three months of a 12-month period.
(B) Character of service. Alternating current having a frequency of 60 cycles furnished in accordance with the provisions set forth.
(C) Rate.
