   The surveyed legal description for all of Paoli, Indiana, as it exists January 1, 2014, is as follows:
   (A)   A part of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter and a part of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 12, Township 1 North, Range 1 West, Orange County, Indiana, described as follows: commencing at the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said section; thence east, with the north line of said section, a distance of 1035.69 feet to west line of Julie L. Hopper as recorded in Instrument 121683, and THE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence south, with the west lines of said Hopper, Angela K. Slaten as recorded in deed record 158, page 217, Justin P. Marshall as recorded in Instrument 080342 and Clyde W. and Pat S. Chastain as recorded in deed record 124, page 218 a total distance of 490 feet to the southwest corner of said Chastain; thence continue south to a point on the south line of the trustees of the Paoli United Methodist Church as recorded in deed record 108, page 507; thence east, with the south line of said church and with the south line of Clyde W. and Pat S.
