If a person either denies an ordinance violation or code violation as set out in this chapter, or fails to pay and satisfy the civil penalty assessed within 30 days from filing with the Clerk-Treasurer, or fails to deny or admit the violation of any of the town code set out in § 36.04 of the chapter, within 30 days from the filing, then the Clerk-Treasurer shall report this fact to the Town Attorney who may then initiate an action to enforce the ordinance.
