§ 35.04 RESPONSE FROM RECORDS ACCESS OFFICER.
   (A)   The Records Access Officer shall have 24 hours in which to respond, but whenever a request is received on a Friday or on a day preceding a legal holiday, the person responsible for release decisions shall have until the same hour on the next business day in which to release, copy, or refuse disclosure, whichever may be applicable.
   (B)   The Records Access Officer will be guided first by the state Access to Public Records Act and amendments, if any; seconded by state and federal law regarding privacy, confidentiality and disclosure requirements of certain public records; and third, by the Town Council’s resolution which excludes certain records from disclosure.
