§ 34.16 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT.

A member of the Town of Paoli Police Department hired on or after May 25, 2021 must reside within Orange County, Indiana or any contiguous county (Crawford, Dubois, Lawrence, Martin, or Washington) within six months of his/her date of hire.
