(a) The property must be at least fifty years old.
(b) The property must be or have been:
(1) Owned or occupied by a prominent person or family;
(2) Historically significant to the community; or
(3) A good example of one or more architectural styles.
(c) The property must be preserved, maintained, rehabilitated or sensitively enlarged in accordance with the original architectural styles and detailing, and must be in good condition.
