1498.99 PENALTY.
   Any person who undertakes or causes an alteration, construction, demolition, or removal of any nominated or designated landmark without a Certificate of Appropriateness shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00). Every day such violation shall continue to exist shall constitute a separate violation. In addition to such penalties, the Village may institute any appropriate action or proceeding to enjoin, correct, or abate any violation of this title.
