1498.04 PUBLIC HEARING.

After the proper filing of a complete application for a Certificate of Appropriateness, a public hearing on the application shall be set, noticed, and conducted in accordance with the provisions contained in Chapter 1490. The hearing shall be commenced not fewer than thirty days after the filing of a complete application and may be continued on request or consent of the applicant.
