1494.03 PUBLIC HEARING.

After the proper filing of a complete application for nomination of a landmark, a public hearing on the application shall be set, noticed, and conducted in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1490. That hearing shall be commenced not fewer than ninety days after that filing, which hearing may be continued at the request or consent of the applicant.
