(a) Regular and Special Meetings. Regular meetings of the Commission shall be held at the call of the chairperson or as provided by rule of the Commission. Special meetings shall be called at the request of the chairperson, of the Council, or of any four members of the Commission.
(b) Sworn Testimony. All testimony at any hearing of the Commission shall be given under oath or affirmation.
(c) Rules. The Commission shall adopt its own rules of procedure. A rule that relates solely to the conduct of the Commission's meeting or hearings, and that is not mandated by this Code or the laws of the State of Illinois, may be waived by the chairperson upon good cause being shown.
