(a) Where the container permit has been issued other than in relation to a building permit, the storage/cargo container may only be used to store the personal property of the occupants of the private property in question, exclusive of vehicles, construction equipment, building materials and hazardous or flammable substances.
(b) Where the container permit has been issued in relation to a building permit, the storage/cargo container may be used to store any items other than vehicles and hazardous or flammable substances.
(c) Where the container permit has been issued in relation to a building permit, the storage/cargo container location must be clearly shown on the Construction Site Environmental Protection Plan required by Chapter 1460 of this Code.
(d) No more than one storage/cargo container can be located on a parcel of private property at any given time.
(e) The supplier of any storage/cargo container must be licensed to do business in the Village.
