(a) It shall be unlawful to place a storage/cargo container, allow a storage/cargo container to be placed or allow a storage/cargo container to remain on any private property within the Village, other than entirely within an enclosed building or accessory structure, without having first obtained a valid permit therefor (hereinafter the "container permit").
(b) The container permit shall be obtained from the Village no less than three days prior to the placement of the storage/cargo container on any private property within the Village.
(c) Each container permit shall state the location to which it relates as well as the first date and last date that the storage/cargo container is authorized to be on the private property in question.
