For purposes of this chapter, the term Storage/Cargo Container shall mean a reusable container, constructed of metal or other durable material(s), in excess of twenty-five cubic feet in size, capable of being loaded with items of personal property, freight and/or commodities and sealed shut so that said items can be stored and/or transported, and designed for transport by rail car, truck or ship.
