1482.11 UNUSED AND ABANDONED POOLS.

An unused pool on residential premises not occupied or dwelt in for a period of thirty days or more shall be completely drained or equipped with an approved pool cover. An abandoned pool shall be removed or filled to the grade of adjacent land.
