(a) Artificial lighting of an outdoor private residential swimming pool area shall be so shielded and shaded that no appreciable amount of light extends beyond the lot lines.
(b) Chlorine disinfection shall be applied as required only by hand or with a mechanical feeder. The residual chlorine of a private residential swimming pool, at all times when the pool is in use, shall be not less than .01 part per million or more than .06 part per million.
(c) An alkaline reaction of not less than 7.2 pff or more than 7.6 pff shall be maintained at all times the pool is in use.
(d) No private residential swimming pool shall be used, kept, maintained or operated in the Village if such use, keeping, maintaining or operation is the occasion of any nuisance, danger to life or detriment to health.
