No portion of an outdoor private residential swimming pool, including any means of egress described in Section 1482.08 or access walkway, and appurtenant equipment (pumps, filters, etc.), shall be located in front of the front line of the primary structure, or at a distance less than fifteen feet from a side or rear property line.
