1482.02 COMPLIANCE WITH CHAPTER REQUIRED.

Every swimming pool constructed, installed, altered, maintained, removed or demolished shall comply with all applicable provisions of this chapter. Existing private residential swimming pools, permanent or temporary, after initial compliance with this chapter, may be continued without change, provided that the requirements of this chapter are observed.
