The requirements of Chapter IV (D)(2)(b) of NPDES permit No. ILR10, including management practices, controls and other provisions at least as protective as the requirements contained in the Illinois Urban Manual, most recent edition, are incorporated herein by reference as if set forth herein, relative to post construction management of on-site facilities and off-site facilities. In addition, the long term operation and maintenance of all Best Management Practices (BMPs) shall be provided for in regard to the post construction management of each on-site facility and each off-site facility.
