(a) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation continues beyond the compliance date set forth in the notice.
(b) In addition to any fine which may be imposed hereunder, the Village may seek a mandatory order of compliance or such other or further equitable relief as a court of competent jurisdiction may grant.
