1464.03 PERMIT APPLICATIONS.

All applications for a fence permit shall be directed to the attention of the Building Commissioner, who shall review each application to determine whether the proposed fence is in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and, if such fence is found to be in compliance, a fence permit shall be issued.
